Hand against Nederbelg

Another upswing...

The last few days I've been playing some big pots against nederbelg (Marc Naalden as far as I know). He plays a really loose agressive style (32/25/3). It always takes some time to adapt to those players, but when you have a feeling of how they're playing and how they value their hands it can be really profitable to have them at your table. A good example is the hand below.

EverestPoker Game #2253146088: Table Bamako-7 - $2.00/$4.00 - No Limit Hold'em - 21:46:27 - 2007/10/22
Seat 1: maxxll1 ($410.20)
Seat 2: BldZwtTrn ($943.00)
Seat 3: KvGalen ($817.00)
Seat 4: Schwachie ($216.00)
Seat 5: nederbelg ($400.00)
Seat 6: Mr.Ovechkin ($213.35)
Schwachie posts the small blind of $2.00
nederbelg posts the big blind of $4.00
The button is in seat #3
*** HOLE CARDS ***
Dealt to BldZwtTrn[As Kd]
Mr.Ovechkin folds
maxxll1 calls $4.00
BldZwtTrn raises to $18.00
KvGalen folds
Schwachie calls $16.00
nederbelg calls $14.00
maxxll1 calls $14.00
*** FLOP *** [2s 4h Ks]
Schwachie checks
nederbelg bets $72.00
maxxll1 folds
BldZwtTrn calls $72.00
Schwachie folds

This is offcourse a good flop for my hand. Nederbelg is donking a lot of flops and I've seen him doing this with mediocre hands and drawing hands. His bet here was almost instant and my read was that a mediocre hand (Kx) was far more likely then 22/44. So I decided to call instead of raise, because he would probably fold a lot of hands to a raise/push (Kx, non-nutflushdraws).

*** TURN *** [2s 4h Ks] [6h]
nederbelg checks
BldZwtTrn bets $150.00
nederbelg calls $150.00

When he checks this turn, I'll have to bet here (2 flushdraws on board), the size doesn't really matter, because I'm going nowhere here. I decide to make it 150 to give hem some chance to push a flushdraw, although he doesn't have fold equity here, pushing a draw always feels better then calling an all-in (he has 310 left in total, pot is ~220)

*** RIVER *** [2s 4h Ks 6h] [2d]
nederbelg checks
BldZwtTrn bets $160.00
nederbelg calls $160.00 and is all-in

This is a perfect river card for me and when he checks, I'm close to 100% sure that I've the best hand, so I push the last $160 and he feels committed to call with his K5s.

*** SHOW DOWN ***
BldZwtTrn shows [As Kd]
nederbelg shows [Kh 5h]
*** SUMMARY ***
Board: [2s 4h Ks 6h 2d]
BldZwtTrn collects $833.00
